How We Hire

Recruiter call
You’ll start by speaking with one of AIHR’s Talent Acquisition Specialists. You’ll discuss your motivation, background, and skills, along with practical topics like logistics, visa requirements, and salary expectations—so prepare those details in advance.
Get to know your manager
In this meeting, your future Leader takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.
Skill assessment
Then it’s time for you to show us what you can do. A role-specific assignment will let you apply your knowledge and experience to a practical business case.
Final interview
At this final stage, you will review the skills assessment you submitted ahead of time and cover any final questions that still remain unanswered.

Amsterdam Office
Our Amsterdam office at Rembrandtplein offers a convenient workspace for those living nearby. While we encourage everyone to spend at least one day a week at HQ, this location is ideal if you’re closer to Amsterdam.
